Tham Viking (Phi Phi Lee Island)

Tham Viking (cave) is located in the northeast of Phi Phi Lee island. In 1972, King Bhumiphol visited this cave and renamed it as Tham Paya Nak (Serpent Cave) following a piece of rock, which is similar to a serpent's head and worshiped by local bird-nest collectors on the island. In its eastern and southern area, it appears an ancient painting, which pictures elephants and various types of boats.
