In spite of the cool name and awesome concept, the jazz music at this pub and restaurant originally stems from the collaboration between the faculty members from the Faculty of Music, Silpakorn University. Every night they would invite their students over to put on a talent show. Although a wide variety of drinks tend to play the key characters at Jazz Happens, there are also a few selections of signature dishes to choose from such as Fried Chicken with Salt, Shrimp in Fish Sauce and Pork Satay. For your information, Jazz Happens would charge an additional amount of 50 baht for the band’s tip in case your bill does not reach 200 baht per person to support the sound of jazz to remain on Phra Athit.
