A former holiday home of Chotikasathian family has become a popular restaurant in Hua Hin serving delectable Thai cuisine.
At Youyen, you will feel the pleasantly placid and breezy atmosphere. Before being altered into a wondrous beachfront restaurant of Hua Hin, it was a holiday home of the Chotikasathian family. The building however is still maintained in its Thai-European style built during the reign of King Rama VII. There is also a greenery lawn which extends down to the beach. The unique thing about this place is certainly their food as Youyen has been putting a lot of effort in maintaining a number of rare and traditional Thai recipes. Mi Krob (Crispy Rice Vermicelli) and Tom Yum Platoo (Thai Mackerel Spicy Soup) are the two main menus that you just cannot miss. The restaurant also creates its brand new dish called Youyen Ten Rabam, an interesting prawn dish with 3-flavored sauce.
